【研究方向】

       无线资源优化、学习优化(Learning to Optimize)、分布式优化、大规模免授权随机接入、无蜂窝网络信号处理。


【主要成果】

       从事无线通信、人工智能、大规模优化的交叉领域研究,在大规模无线资源优化、学习优化、分布式优化算法设计等方面具备丰富的研究经验和创新成果。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、国家重点实验室开放课题、广东省面上项目,并参与国家自然科学基金联合基金项目。曾获华为“创新先锋”总裁奖,并在罗智泉院士领衔的未来网络优化创新实验室中联合主持多项大规模无线网络优化相关的企业委托研发项目,助力华为5G网络性能的全球领先。相关研究成果在IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing等无线通信、信号处理领域的国际顶级期刊上发表高水平论文30余篇,其中包括第一作者或通讯作者论文20余篇,在国际顶级会议上发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利20余项,其中已授权专利5项。


【学习经历】

       本科和硕士均毕业于北京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院,师从田亚飞教授和杨晨阳教授。博士毕业于香港大学电机与电子工程系,师从Yik-Chung Wu教授。


【工作经历】

       曾在华为技术有限公司诺亚方舟实验室担任高级研究员,从事智能通信算法研究,在嵌套极化码的智能化设计方面取得了突破性成果,荣获华为“创新先锋”总裁奖。随后在香港中文大学(深圳)-深圳市大数据研究院担任副研究员,并在理工学院担任兼职助理教授。目前,担任大湾区大学(筹)副教授,博士生导师。


【学术兼职】

       中国通信学会高级会员,并在IEEE多个会议(如ICASSP、ICC、GLOBECOM、PIMRC、ISWCS)中担任Session Chair、Track Chair和TPC成员,并组织Special Session,为IEEE各大期刊(如TWC、TSP、TCOM、JSAC、WCL)的常规审稿人。
